Isolate ship state dir per test
After loop.py started writing to state on every tick, test_loop.py's process_project() calls leaked "demo" entries into the developer's real ~/.ship/state/ship.db. Adds an autouse fixture that points SHIP_STATE_DIR at a per-test tmp dir. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
